Silicon Power today announced a new line of SandForce-powered SSDs, the V20. Coming in four different capacities: 40GB, 60GB, 120GB and 240GB, these 2.5-inch SSDs are based on MLC NAND Flash memory chips and equipped with the latest SandForce controller, a SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, TRIM support, built-in ECC and capable of delivering read and write speeds of up to 285MB/s and 275MB/s, respectively. Pricing and availability are still unknown at the moment.
