AT&T To Release Acer Iconia Tab A501



AT&T is ready to launch the new Acer Iconia Tab A501. Known as Acer’s first 4G tablet, the Acer Iconia Tab A501 provides a 10.1-inch touchscreen display, a dual core 1GHz nVidia Tegra 250 processor and the Google Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS. Other important specs include a 5-megapixel rear facing camera and a high definition front-facing camera for video chat. The tablet also supports 1080p HD Video playback and an HDMI port. AT&T will release the Acer Iconia Tab A501 on their network in the second quarter of 2011.

BenQ R100 Android Tablet Now Available in China



BenQ has decided to launch their R100 Android tablet  in CHINA.
The 10.1 inch tablet features 1024x600 LCD display resolution, weighing about 720 grams, a 833MHz Samsung S5PC100 CPU, a 512MB of DDR II RAM, an 8GB of internal memory, a 3MP digital camera, an SD card reader, Bluetooth, WiFi, a Li-Polymer battery and an HDMI out. Apple iPad 1 Now $100 Cheaper than its normal price


Just after the iPad 2 tab is launched, Apple decided to reduce the price of first iPad tab, which are now available $100 cheaper.
Now the iPad 1 cost ranges from $399 to $729.

KT will sell WiBro-based Galaxy Tab in South Korea



Today KT announced WiBro-equiped Samsung Galaxy Tab to be sold in Korean market.
The Tab will be running Android 2.2 and allows users to share the WiBro connection with 5 other WiFi devices.
The major difference in this Tab and the other Galaxy Tab Variants is the inablity to make phone calls, but to make up for this, KT will be offering Data Plans at cheaper price.

TazTag Will Introduce Android-powered TazPad Tablet At CeBIT 2011



A company called TazTag will introduce its new Android-powered tablet at CeBIT 2011. Dubbed as the TazPad, this tablet has a 7-inch color screen with multitouch capacity, HDMI output, WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC and ZigBee (as do all TazTag products). Other features include a camera, a GPS device and an accelerometer.
The company will release the TazPad in the second quarter of 2011.

Panasonic this morning anounced the new BizPad or we can call it JT-H380VT. The new BizTab is weather, dust-proof, shockproof and waterproof 6.5” Windows CE tablet.
The BizPad comes with 6.5 inches touchscreen VGA resolution and LED backlight, a 400 MHz freescale i.MX27L 32bit RISC CPU, 256MB of DDR Ram, 512MB of FROM, an SD/SDHC Slot, a 1.3Mpix Front facing camera and 2Mpix rear camera with LED light, Bluetooth 2.0, IrDA, WiFi, 3G (Ntt Docomo FOMA or CDMA AU by KDDI), Optional IC Card Reader and pre-installed with Windows Embedded CE 6.0 R3. KDDI is ready to launch its Samsung SMT-i9100 Android Tablet in Japan

Last Year(2010),in October, KDDI introduces Samsung's new SMT-i9100 Tablet in Japan. The tablet will now be available in Japanese market early March 2011. Toshiba Announces New Android Tablet

Toshiba has unveiled a new Android tablet.
The unnamed device is positioned in high-end tablet segment and features a 10.1-inch 1,280×800 multitouch display, dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor, a front 2MP and back 5MP web camera, 3G mobile broadband, 802.11n Wi-Fi, and a full size HDMI and USB 2.0 port.
The tablet will have access to the Google Android Market.
Toshiba’s next generation tablet will be available in Europe, the Middle East and Africa during the first half of 2011. There’s no word on pricing and availability in other regions.

Motorola Xoom Android Honeycomb Tablet Gets Pricing In The US


Motorola CEO Sanjay Jha has finally announced the US pricing for their upcoming Android Honeycomb tablet, the Motorola Xoom. According to the CEO, the XOOM tablet will be sold for $799 (WiFi + 3G model) or $600 (WiFi-only model). To remind the specifications, the Xoom comes with a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 touchscreen display, a 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 processor, a 2.0-megapixel front-facing camera, a 5.0-megapixel rear-facing camera with dual LED flash, a 1GB DDR2 RAM, a 32GB of storage space, 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, 720p HD video recording capabilities, 1080p Full HD video playback support and runs on Android 3.0 Honeycomb OS.
