NeuroSky Announced new MindWave Headset

NeuroSky Inc today announced the availability of their new product, the NeuroSky MindWave headset, to the European market. The MindWave includes NeuroSky’s ThinkGear technology, which uses EEG (Electroencephalography) from a single sensor to record brainwaves and outputs the data as proprietary algorithms (for focus and relaxation), power spectrum bands using FFT distribution (alpha, beta, theta, delta and gamma) and the raw brainwave (including muscle movement such as blinks). Ten apps are included with experiences ranging from fun entertainment to serious education. The lightweight, easy to use MindWave headset is now available for a reasonable retail price of $99.95 at NeuroSky.com. Additional games and applications can be downloaded from NeuroSky.com.

Bandai Introduces Macross Frontier Universal Bunny Headphones in Japan


Bandai has introduces a new pair of Universal Bunny over headphones in Japan. The headphone comes with 40mm driver units, 100mW max output, 46Ω Impedance and a 110±3bB sensitivity on a 10-20kHz reproduction bandwidth for just 120g. The headphones is available now for preorder for 3,980 Yen with the shipment scheduled in around June this year.

SteelSeries Spectrum 7xb – Because Superb Sound Matters

Yes, that’s how bad the handicap is. To even the playing field or even get that extra edge, lend your ears to the new SteelSeries Spectrum 7xb wireless gaming headset. It showcases some of SteelSeries distinct features like swappable earcups, retractable microphone system and a nifty collapsible design for travelling. SteelSeries also added a few treats like XBOX Live support, auto balance of in-game audio and chat volume and couple of buttons and pre-configured sound settings.


The Spectrum 7xb is powered by 50mm drivers that deliver every audio detail from environmental sound, whispers, footsteps, gunshot, grenade blasts to in-game communications and soundtrack loud and clear. It operates on a wireless 4Mbit/s bandwidth for true lossless digital sound. The 7xb is specially designed to prevent interference from other devices by smart frequency hopping up to 344 times/second for that undistorted audio quality. There are 5 buttons on the left earcups which gamers can use to turn the device on and off, adjust volume, activate LiveMix and set ExactSND. ExactSND provides pre-set equalizer configurations that can be used to enhance surround sound, environmental sound, and entertainment experience.

Sony introduces three new headphones in Japan



Yesterday Afternoon,Sony introduces its three more headphone with the High-end overhead MDR-XB1000, and the in hear MDR-XB41EX and MDR-XB21EX.
The MDR-XB1000 comes with a luxury overhead headphone, featuring a 70mm drive unit, soft and confortable padding with 24Ω impedance, 106dB/mW output sound pressure and a 2-30,000Hz frequency response.
The other two models, the MDR-XB41EX and MDR-XB21EX, are in-hear headphones with a 13.5mm Driver unit for the first one and 9mm for the second one. Both models come with a 16Ω impedance and a 105dB/mW sound pressure for the XB41EX and 103dB/mW for the XB21EX.

Logitec Announces Ergonomic Bluetooth Earphones


Logitec will come out with new Bluetooth in-ear earphones in mid- and late-November, it announced today. The LBT-HP03 series are canal earphones eight millimeters thick, and weight 13 grams when weighed together – 6.5 grams of earphone per ear. Multi-pairing support allows users to pair both a cell phone and an audio player at the same time, switching from an A2DP device to a HSP/HFP phone to answers calls and then back again to listen to music. The earphones have a miniUSB port for charging with a USB cable that comes in the box. For some reason, Logitec will sell for-cell phones (LBT-MPHP03A), for-computers (LBT-PCHP03), and for-PMP (LBT-AVHP03A) models.
