iControlpad BT

With a controller – that’s the way to play game, right and proper. Yes, even in phones. No gamer in his right mind would settle playing a racing, puzzle or platform jumper games using a phone’s flimsy joystick, rickety numpad or clumsy touch screen. Luckily, the new iControlpad BT is out and ready. It’s basically a joy pad with 2 Analog sticks, 6 face buttons and 2 rear buttons and a side clamp system that attaches to almost any phones. It uses Bluetooth (hence the “BT”) to connect and communicate with any Bluetooth-enabled phones and computers. It supports different Bluetooth protocols, including standard HID making it ready for newer generations of smart phones. The firmware is compatible in just about any Android App which supports a PC DPad and can be upgraded to add new features and restriction bypass.

At this time, the iControlpad BT’s side clamp supports popular smartphones including iPhone 3, iPhone 3G, iPhone, iPhone 3GS, iPhone4, iPod touch, Motorola Backflip, LG Optimus S, LG Ally, Blackberry Touch, Samsung Intercept, HTC Dream, T-Mobile G1 ,Era G1 and other phones with similar form and size – some of which may require padding and adjustment to fit properly. For longer game time, it uses an internal 1500maH battery that can also recharge your phone via USB when playing.
