Eurocom Racer 15-inch gaming notebook launched

Eurocom is known for its powerful gaming notebooks. Today the firm rolled out a new monster -- the Eurocom Racer. This one's a 15-inch gaming rig, powered by second generation Intel Core "Sandy Bridge" processor. The Eurocom Racer comes with Intel Core i5/i7 processor and AMD/NVIDIA dedicated video cards in multi-GPU configuration.
You can also choose from following graphics: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 485M / 480M / 470M / 460M / Quadro FX 3800M / Quadro FX 2800M and AMD Radeon Mobility HD6970M.
Other features include up to 32GB of DDR3 RAM, up to 2 physical drives for maximum 1.75TB storage, a matte or glossy Full HD 16:9 LED-backlit display panel (1920-by-1080), Blu-ray drive, WiFi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, webcam, and card reader. I/O connectivity include 2x USB 3.0; 2x USB 2.0; DVI-DL; 1x IEEE1394a; 1x eSATA; 1x HDMI out; 1x Headphone jack; 1x Microphone jack; 1x S/PDIF out; 1x Line-in; and 1x RJ45 for LAN. The Eurocom Racer will be available from February 1.

MSI’s new gaming laptop, the FX 603

Taiwanese computer manufacturer MSI has just announced the release of a new F series gaming notebook, the FX 603. It comes with a 15.6″ TFT-LCD 16:9 display (either 1366×768 HD or FHD 1920×1080), Intel Core i3 (330/350M) or Core i5 (450M/460M) processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 425M graphics card (with DDR5 1GB VRAM), up to 8Gb DDR3-1066MHz RAM, 320/500/640GB hard drive, 720p HD webcam, USB 3.0, HDMI/VGA output, 802.11 b/g/n WLAN, Bluetooth v2.1 + EDR, 1x Gigabit LAN, 5-in-1 card reader, 6-Cell Li-Ion battery. Blu-Ray reader optional.

It runs Windows 7 Home Premium and features MSI Cinema Pro Technology, MSI Exclusive TDE Technology, Sound by Dynaudio, THX TruStudio Pro, MSI GPU Boost Technology. It measures 383 x 249.3 x 38mm for 2.4kg.

Acer Aspire G5900 Predator Gaming Desktop

            
Taiwan's Acer has presented to the European consumers a powerful new desktop-oriented community of gamers. New feature called Aspire G5900 Predator, built on the platform Intel LGA 1156 and operates under the operating system Windows 7 Home Premium.

housing a new "predator" is executed in black-and-orange color and looks quite stylish, and equipment may include gaming desktop processor Core i5 or Core i7, up to 8 GB of DDR3 RAM and up to 8 terabytes of total disk space (maximum Four SATA hard drives).

Among other things, there is an optical DVD or Blu-ray combo drive (the latter - optional) and a discrete NVIDIA graphics processor supporting DirectX 11 (as a minimum accelerator GeForce GTX 460). In the pre-installed on the computer software package included Arcade Deluxe 4.0, designed to manage multimedia library, including movies, music and photos. Delivery of Acer Aspire G5900 Predator will start on October 15, but it costs from 999 euros.
