Last Year(2010),in October, KDDI introduces Samsung's new SMT-i9100 Tablet in Japan. The tablet will now be available in Japanese market early March 2011. The tablet comes with 7 inches multi-touch display with a WSVGA resolution(1024x600), WiFI, CDMA 1x Win 3G, 4 GB internal memory, 512 MB RAM, Bluetooth, MicroSD Card and 2 MPix Camera module and runs on Google Android 2.2.
