Samsung Releases D6400/D6500 Series 3D TVs In South Korea


Samsung has announced the availability of the D6400/D6500 Series 3D TVs for the South Korean market. Available in 40-inch, 46-inch and 55-inch variants, the Samsung D6400/D6500 Series 3D TVs feature a Clear Motion Rate (CMR) of 480Hz, a Crystal Black Panel, the Hyper-real engine and a smart-real motion picture support to reduce cross-talk and flickering. Both 3D TVs also have the ability to convert 2D content to 3D. Additional specs include Bluetooth 3D glasses support, Smart Hub UI and Samsung’s 3D VOD service. The Samsung D6400 3D TV series is priced at between 2,400,000 Won ($2,133) to 4,900,000 Won ($4,355), while the Samsung D6500 3D TV series is priced at between 2,600,000 Won ($2,310) to 5,200,000 Won ($4,621).

Samsung reveils its new slider phone.it is a high end phone.Samsung’s E2330 entry-level slider phone will soon be launched in Germany.
Samsung E2330 features a 2 inch TFT display with resolution of 128×160 pixels, VGA camera, GPRS, Bluetooth 2.1, music player, FM Radio, Mobile tracker, Facebook, Twitter integration and up to 8GB of expandable memory through microSD card slot supporting up to 8GB.
MP3 player supports MP3/WMA/eAAC+ player audio files and video player supports MP4 and H.263 video files.
Powered by 800 mAh standard Li-ion battery it delivers up to 10 hours of talk time or 500 hours of standby time and works in GSM 900, 1800, 1900 MHz cellular network.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 8.9 Teaser Image


Samsung has updated its Facebook fan page with a new teaser image of the upcoming Galaxy Tab 8.9. The picture shows that the 8.9-inch tablet will feature a 3.5mm audio jack and a rough surface on its back, which should give the device a better gripping surface. Samsung Tegra 2 Phone

This is the new touchscreen high end phone introduced by Samsung.Nvdia has approved that it is somewhat like the Galaxi S II variant.The NFC-equipped smartphone will come with either a Samsung Exynos CPU–previously codenamed Orion–or an nVidia Tegra 2 CPU. Both mobile processors are dual-core 1.0GHz chips based on the same ARM Cortex A9 reference design.

Samsung YP-GB1 Galaxy Player hits 20,000 Sales in 10 Days



Samsung is one of the worlds’ most popular electronics manufacturers with everything from smartphones and cameras to televisions and Blu-ray players. Despite being plagued with a delayed Android update scheduled the Samsung Galaxy S has remained one of the most successful smartphones powered by Google’s mobile platform.
However, Samsung recognizes that not everyone wants to incur an extra monthly fee when getting down on the Galaxy S which is why they released the YP-GB1 Galaxy Player which is essentially the Galaxy S without the phone – think iPod touch to iPhone. Well, despite only being available in South Korea, the Galaxy Player has sold 20,000 units in just 10 days. For those not familiar with the Galaxy Player’s specs, the device features Google’s Android 2.2, a 4-inch AMOLED display, a 1GHz Hummingbird processor, front/rear facing cameras, WiFi and Bluetooth.
Unfortunately, there is still no word on when the Samsung Galaxy Player will be making the jump to North America but you’ll know the minute we do.

KT will sell WiBro-based Galaxy Tab in South Korea



Today KT announced WiBro-equiped Samsung Galaxy Tab to be sold in Korean market.
The Tab will be running Android 2.2 and allows users to share the WiBro connection with 5 other WiFi devices.
The major difference in this Tab and the other Galaxy Tab Variants is the inablity to make phone calls, but to make up for this, KT will be offering Data Plans at cheaper price.

Nexus S (SHW-M200) now official for South Korea



The new Samsung's Google Nexus S has now available in the Korean market. Nexus S(SHW-200S/k) will be sold in Korea via KT and SKT.
The Nexus S features 4-inch Super AMOLED display with curved glass screen, 1GHz CPU, 5MP camera, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, 16GB internal storage, mVoIP, gyro sensor and NFC.
Samsung will sell the Nexus S phone for 800,000 won (US$712).

Samsung will soon going to launch Champ Variant



Samsung is planning to launch new mineup to their Champ series with more added features. The E2652 or E2652W will have features similar to the original Champ but will come with added functionality of dual GSM SIM support and Wi-Fi respectively, but no 3G.
The remaining specifications, the new Champ will have 2.6-inch QVGA touchscreen display, 1.3MP camera, music player, FM Radio with RDS and recording, Bluetooth, microSD card slot supporting up to 16GB and 1000mAh battery.
The mobile will be firstly available in the russian market.

Samsung introduces X180 Barbie Special Edition notebook in South Korea




Samsung today announced new Barbie notebook targeting the female crowd. THe notebook is launched taking in account the success of the Samsung's first barbie Edition in Korea. This time it’s the X180 Barbie Special Edition 2 that comes in a white hue with a Barbie girl designed by Barbie’s chief designer, Robert Best.
We didn't catch the full specifications yet but as per Samsunghub the new X180 Barbie edition is of 1.61 kg in weight, comes with an Intel processor, 500GB HDD, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and more.

The notebook can be pre-book now and will be available in the nid of nmarch for the deliveries for 960,000 WON.

KDDI is ready to launch its Samsung SMT-i9100 Android Tablet in Japan

Last Year(2010),in October, KDDI introduces Samsung's new SMT-i9100 Tablet in Japan. The tablet will now be available in Japanese market early March 2011. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 price confirmed in Spain and Portugal

Samsung today launched the new YP-VP2 voice recorder. The device has a capability to record in mp3 and wma and features Meeting, Interview or Music, SoundAlive, FM Radio and serves upto 35 hours of recording and 50 hours of playback. The YP-VP2 has a card slot which can contain memory upto 16 GB.

Samsung launches ST65 digital camera in South Korea



Samsung has announced ST65 point-and-shoot digital camera for the South Korean market. The ultra-slim ST65 features a 14.2MP sensor and 27mm wide angle lens with 5X optical zoom.

ST65 also comes with digital image stabilization, Face Recognition, different shooting modes and 720p HD video recording support.

ST65 will be available in four different colors for 219,000 won.

Samsung Chat 322 and 335 gets official in India




Samsung India has officially announced two new candybar messaging phones in the Ch@t range. The Ch@t 322 is the first messaging phone with a QWERTY keypad that supports dual-SIM standby functionality and a Smart home screen that allows quick access to favorite contacts, social networking feeds. As for the remaining specs, Ch@t 322 comes with a 2.2-inch LCD display, 1.3MP camera, trackpad, Bluetooth, microSD card slot supporting up to 8GB and 1000mAh battery.

Ch@t 335 on the other hand, is a regular QWERTY phone but comes with Wi-Fi. The 11.9mm phone features 2.4-inch TFT display, optical trackpad, 2MP camera, Bluetooth 2.1, social networking support, Smart home screen, 3.5mm audio jack and microSD card slot (up to 8GB).
