LG Optimus Windows 7 Phone Transforms Your Mobile Experience






To the Transformers franchise fans, Optimus is a name synonymous to heroic, brave, honor and unyielding resolve – LG honored justice to that name when they launched their latest Windows Phone 7 devices, the new LG Optimus 7 and Optimus 7Q. Both smartphones will run on Microsoft’s latest mobile operating system that redefines mobile life convenience and experience. As a result, users can experience the much awaited Windows 7 mobile OS plus LG exclusive features like DLNA-based Play To for multimedia file sharing, ScanSearch augmented reality or AR for real-time world of information and Voice-to-Text. These exclusive applications will be available as Live Tiles and can be accessed via the “Hubs” interface.

LG Optimus 7 features a large 3.8-inch WVGA LCD display and the Optimus 7Q has an slightly smaller 3.5-inch screen. However, both smartphones with offer 800×460 screen resolution. The new models will also have 16GB internal memory that’s large enough to hold hundreds of multimedia files and applications. To keep it going, there’s no need to hunt for Energon, the two new LG phones are powered by a 1500mAh removable battery with enough juice for hours of web browsing, e-book reading, playing and of course – talking.

What would a state of the art phone be without the camera? The new Optimus series sports a 5 megapixel camera with Intelligent Shot and Panoramic mode for that perfect point and click shot which can be stitched to a 360 view. QWERTY fan boys also get their share of the treat as the Optimus 7Q comes with a comfortable QWERTY keypad.
