Samsung Gem available through Alltel Wireless





Alltel and Samsung recently announced the availability of the feature-rich Android 2.1-powered Gem mobile device.
To keep users entertainment and deliver useful characteristics at the same time, the entrancing Samsung Gem includes built-in Google mobile services like Search, Maps and the Google user interface. The latter one enables users to integrate their Outlook, Facebook, Gmail contacts and more with surpassing ease.
Clicking favorite moments in high-quality gets feasible with the device’s 3.2 megapixel camera. Users can also use its large touchscreen in order to dote on one-touch direct-to-social site photo posting.
“Alltel Wireless is proud to add this advanced and versatile smartphone to our Android lineup,” shared Scott Moody, Alltel Wireless Vice President of Products and Services. “The Samsung Gem offers our customers a premium smartphone experience at a great price. The Samsung Gem is now free after a $50 mail in rebate at Alltel Wireless.”
The Gem doesn’t forget accommodating connectivity features like Wi-Fi and Bluetooth wireless technology. Apart from this, one can personalize the homescreen through the embedded Swype virtual keyboard accompanied by easy drag and drop of various widgets.
Available through Alltel Wireless, the Samsung Gem can now be picked up for free after a mail-in rebate of $50 (approx Rs. 2,278) along with a two year service agreement.
