The phone will be available via Alltel and as we expected it is an entry-level Android device that will go for free on two-year contract and after a $50 mail-in rebate.
Gem runs Android 2.1 OS and comes with 3.2-inch WQVGA display, 800MHz CPU, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3.2MP camera, quick social network access with Social Hub, 124MB internal memory and microSD card slot supporting up to 16GB.
